New Toyota Prices

Kiichiro Toyoda rolled out the first Toyota prototype in 1935, providing the genesis of the Toyota Motor Corporation’s extensive lineup highlighted by thoroughly designed automobiles with a reputation for longevity. By the 1950’s Toyota had already produced 100,000 vehicles. The decade would see the company fill its roster and begin sales stateside with the establishment of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, which imported the first Japanese vehicle to America. The ‘60s birthed the Corolla, whose popularity would rise for decades to come. 1970 introduced the Celica coupe which enjoyed a lifespan of over 30 years, while expansion continued into the next decade and included the Camry in 1982, an American bestseller over and over. By the new millennium, Toyota had manufactured over 100 million vehicles, among them the Prius, whose 1997 debut made it the world’s first mass manufactured hybrid. Today Toyota influences virtually every vehicle class while continuing to lead the hybrid revolution with Prius.
