CarWoo! Users Can Now Respond to Dealers’ Comments with Email

You know that moment when you get a great Facebook comment or, say, note from a CarWoo! dealer, and it’s basically the most annoying thing ever to have to click on the link, log in to your account, navigate to the right page and respond (especially if you’re on mobile)?

Welp, wallow no more. Now you buyers can respond to all dealer comments (and vice versa) just by responding to the email that notified them of the comment. The response will still appear anonymously to the dealer. But buyers just get the benefit of not having to log in every time they get a new message.

STEP 1: Receive an email from CarWoo.com, notifying you that you have a message from a dealer.

STEP 2: Respond to the message, IN your email client!

STEP 3: Message shows up in your buyer dashboard, just as if you'd submitted it yourself.
